Keeps refusing to honor bonus although successfully qualified to get one

1. Refuse My winning, keep saying i’m not qulified because not meet the minimum betting requirement. From the livechat to the emel they always say i not meet the minimum betting requirement and dont read understand T&C before playing. I tell them many time and show some evidence but not believe and not accept what i have.
2. They have to many promotion in one time, I just remember what kind of games i playing, and sometimes i look at back the system going wrong, my badge also gone, when i ask about my badge they said i dont meet betting requirement but i receive the badge bonus before. When i said im not doing anything wrong everybody on CS dont want to accept my words and thinking im this is my faults.
3. Whats wrong with CS becoming rude sometimes. I asking very simple question about my arcade bonus but always answer different things, i show that proof i get from the system and CS always reply another thing. The emel was respond everytime from different CS but nothing resolve until now. And CS seems like dont know anything when i ask. They cannot provide any details about my betting because dont have authorise and clarify what i need to know. But the funny things I’m always wrong without showing anything from them. They are just bullies people.
4. This is my latest problem from many problem i have, i just show the simple one and making people easy to understands. I emel and chat to them, i asking about my arcade bonus but they refuse my winning. i showing the evidence but still deny, and saying another thing, This is emel , history , chat record coming form they system. As i see my history im reach The minimum betting requirement and the winning…but they respond from them i cant accept.. and please look at carefully…
5. Im just making deposit more rm5O for meet requirment but still refuse my bonus

Deposit and withdrawal Issue
I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet Sports account (Username: SREEDHARMISHRA1).

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. These issues have been unresolved for more than six months, despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.

I have already provided all the required information to Dafa Sports multiple times, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, and email correspondence. However, I have not received a meaningful response or resolution.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.
