Waiting 5 weeks now for my documents to be approved

On the 31st May, at the request of Talksportbet, I sent in 2 bank statements.
Talksportbet explained this was to verify my proof of income.
Until these documents have been approved I can not place any bets, nor can I withdraw my Balance of €14500.
I understand the need for responsible gambling checks, but first of all, this should apply to restrict deposits only, not withdrawals.
Secondly, it has been 5 weeks, and despite numerous emails, I have not received any answer from Talksportbet, apart from: "We can confirm that your documents have been received and are now being reviewed.
We’ll be in touch again when the review is complete".
I feel this timeframe is completely unreasonable and ask Talksportbet to remove my withdrawal restrictions, which should never have been placed in the first place, and to finish reviewing the documents.
