I've been playing on sweep shark Social Casino and long story short I bought the $2.99 package that comes with free spins and even in the purchase history it says $2.99 but my bank statement says $4.99. And so I go back and forth with support from the website and they keep claiming there's no technical error that the error is with my bank well I called my bank and they tell me it definitely is the website has nothing to do with the bank and so I just saw that that same package was up for purchase again and I bought it again and same thing happened

Okay yes I do have an update and the bank that was telling me it wasn't their fault that it was sweep shark's fault was wrong it was my bank's fault because there's a $2 fee apparently every time I make a transaction with them but that didn't show up in my transactions until days after the actual transaction. So you can remove this whole post I guess thank you
