I have a problem

I've been playing on sweep shark Social Casino and long story short I bought the $2.99 package that comes with free spins and even in the purchase history it says $2.99 but my bank statement says $4.99. And so I go back and forth with support from the website and they keep claiming there's no technical error that the error is with my bank well I called my bank and they tell me it definitely is the website has nothing to do with the bank and so I just saw that that same package was up for purchase again and I bought it again and same thing happened

I mean no duh that you don't have record of that transaction you have a record of a $2.99 transaction which is the one
that I paid for that I clicked on so the only thing I can think of is since it's shows the correct $2.99 transaction went
through on your end that means you have an underlying problem that's most likely not a technological error it's a manmade error more than likely we're people higher ups on y'all's in or just trying to skim a couple dollars off the people off
of every couple purchases so no you're not going to come up with any errors when you look for technical glitches
because it's not a technical glitch it's a man-made cover-up. But hey if you ever get bored maybe you should talk to
payroll and see if that is really happening

I havent even looked to see what funds or free spins I had on account ive been more concerned
about getting whatever evidence I needed to prove that it was a problem on your side and not mine
and I will gladly send you my conversation with my bank where they stated that they only process
things that come from your website and that's the $4.99 charge was the fault of the supplier and not
any fault of the buyer

Yes I understand there is no widespread issue with any of your systems , i never stated that it was ,
but little one-off glitches or "mess ups" CAN happen without it leaving to a widespread multiple
person issue. And especially when your website has so so many promotional codes and stuff that it's
always having to discount for packages or what not I mean computers are damn smart nowadays
but you know sometimes s*** happens maybe because the person clicked on the promo code twice
that it made it act in a weird way not saying that's what happened but I'm saying that's a very feasible
logical thing that I'm sure happens all the time that many places. So yes I know you did not receive
the $4.99 transaction you made that very clear multiple times. So Point Blank last thing I'm going to
say either y'all are all in some other country swimming in $100 bills and are just terrible at the English
language or yall have no idea about how technology works or how to run and maintain a website that
deals with everybody's finances so wow y'all might not care that all of this is over $1.99 but some
people that was the very last of their money and they were just hoping and praying that they might be
able to gamble and win some back I know you have a lot of people that are just very wealthy and just
come on higher for fun but for real like me and like tons of other people these websites are literally a
Make It or Break It point for us and I know that's not what it's intended for but when the little amount
of money that you have left won't buy you anything and on the other hand you're giving an option to
where you possibly can triple it or whatever you'd have to be dumb enough to do it. But I think this is
absolutely ridiculous I will be forwarding these to the FTC and to my close pals over at
Askgamblers.com as they are very good at investigating social casinos. You can delete my account

Well I sure as heck paid $4.99 for something that said it was for $2.99 ..and it's kind of odd that the
Times line up from my bank app and y'all's website where I made the purchase. So while I do
understand that it's not showing the $4.99 being purchased on y'all's end but that's what I was
charged when I clicked on the $2.99 package.so now tho I can't quite figure out if yall trying to say
I'm lying about something but I've already got that vibe from y'all since the beginning of this whole
ordeal so tell me what you really think. Who's in the wrong the website for advertising something and
then charging the customer something that was NOT specified? or is the person who went to the
website and decided that they wanted to make a purchase that the website had stated and said they
expected to what the price said.?

No it's not that I'm upset because I didn't turn out the way I wanted it to you I'm upset because I purchased an item and
you took more money than the listed item was priced at which for one is false advertisement and is illegal but I'm sure
y'all know about this little issue that's just a couple extra dollars that y'all get because y'all surely ain't no reputable
company I feel bad for everybody who has to deal with sweet shark especially their customer service because they
come to you with an issue and the vibe automatically right off the bat was you was deflecting the blame and trying to
