I won $300 on SweepNext (not a large sum of money)…
The only way to get in touch with them is through their AI chat bot. It responds with the same message every time I ask where my redemption is.
They don’t respond to emails and I’m sure even if they did, those emails would be written by AI as well.
Seems like a good site but they can’t even cash out for $300…
