Withdrawal confirmed but the money has never hit my bank account
I must say it really bothers me to make a complaint about a such a nice casino, but after double and triple checking my bank accounts history, I noticed that my latest withdrawal of 40.21 eur (requested on 27.6) has never actually hit my bank account even though the status of this withdrawal request seems to be "confirmed". I don't know whether it is the negligence of trustly or the casino, but I'd still like to get an answer why I haven't received the money. I contacted their support early last Friday ( the 11th of July) with this issue but the only answer I've received so far is that they've send my issue to the relevant department. Could you please help me solve this case?
