Withdrawal confirmed but the money has never hit my bank account

Hello, i did a deposit of 50€ in swedencasino and won an amount of 300€. I tried to do a withdrawl but different than described on the website i couldnt do a withdrawl via trustly. Just Skrill and EcoPayz were available. So i created an new Skrill Account and verified this new skrill Account. I uploaded the necessary Documents in swedencasino and after a couple of annoying days they finally approved this skrill documents. After this i wanted to do a withdrawl but it didnt work. I asked the chat what the problem is and they telled me, now Skrill is not longer available als payment method?!
So they want me to sign up in ecopayz again to do a withdrawl....

I also received an Email from swedencasino, if i do not upload the necessary documents within 30 days my account gets freezed. (date of this E-Mail: 09.04.2019). It seems like they hold until the 30 days have passed, so they can freeze my account and dont have to payout my money anymore. I dont know what to do now, i contacted the Live Chat but they also cant help me. They cancel each payment method i can use every time i verifie the neccessary documents...need help.
