Closed account with big balance with no further explanations
Hello AG,
My issue has been ongoing now for two weeks and the casino is nonresponsive to my emails.
On 14th of April I made my account at Superseven and deposited 100 eur. I received 100 eur bonus funds on top of my deposit. I then checked what games are allowed for wager and what is the maximum bet. I started playing neptunes fortune megaways and toki time with 5 eur bet (both games allowed for wager and 5 eur bet is allowed). Shortly after the casino closed my account without explanation. I had roughly 1500 eur in my balance at the time. Note that since I only played a short while before the closure I still have more wagering to be done and their bonus expires in 30 days from receiving it. So now even if they opened my account today I only have two weeks left before the bonus expires. Thus my funds would disappear.
I have asked the chat a couple of times what is going on and when does the account reopen. They only see that they cannot see any reason for closing my account and that they will ask about it. And then silence.
Now I am starting seriously to worry about my winnings. Are they going to keep the account closed until the bonus expires and my winnings are gone?
Please AG if you could ask Superseven to hurry with their support and reopen my account asap. And maybe they could add more days to my bonus as originally I had 30 days to wager it.
