Not paying my winnings

Hello!

I have played at Sunpura casino and made a huge withdrawal of €5306,25. After that I have provided the casino several documents. Passport, address proof, 3 months bank statement of the bank I have used to deposit to their casino and also proof of funds that proof that I have played with the salary I get from my work.

Still the casino is not paying my winnings. They keep delaying the issue and request some nonsense documents as bank statements of my other bank accounts.

Can you help me with this? I have changed several emails with the casino but they still are not willing to pay the winnings.

Ridiculous again from the casino. Arranged time for the skype call but they did not even call me and has not notified about me from anything...

Hi All,

After last update I have sent to casino 6 months bank statements of all of my bank accounts and payslips for the last 6 months.
Casino wanted also have a skype verification call and we will have it on Friday 29th of July.

Will update more after that. Also hoping that the casino would comment here about the state of the payment.

Casino is ignoring my withdrawal

Hello,

I played on Sunpura last week when I got a bonus from my whats app manager. At the end of the wager, I was able to withdraw 5k€. They are in process since last week and every time when I ask what’s going on they hold me in line and give me no information.

I’m fully verified and the strange thing here is my what’s app contact is not even responding anymore after I withdraw this amount of money. I tried everything to contact Streamer to help me out and talked multi times to chat they even told me the manager approved it already and it was done In the next 8 hours.

After 4 days nothing still happen and it’s not even approved. I’m fully verified there did withdraw before in 2022 and did a lot of deposits too. T

hey just trying to hold my money now and don’t want to pay me for whatever reason. I really hope you guys can help me out cause 5000€ is a lot of money and they should not scam people that’s a shame.

Over 3 days I wait for my payout!

The first months this casino was really nice, with its own manager and so on. For 4 months the manager has blocked me, don't get any deposit bonuses, cashback or so! Now I have played without a bonus and for 3 days I have spent over 6 hours time in the chat, uploading private documents like my company registration, and bank details from other pay-ins and payouts and over and over again new documents. Also, selfie 3 times now! They want to trick me! Other customers have got their money in 30 minutes and I also the first month! But now the agents give me different answers and so on! I want today my money because I go today to the cyber police and proof this casino!
