500 Euro winnings canceled and account threatened

Hello Askgamblers,

I hope you can help me.

I made a deposit with a bonus code at Stupidcasino on May 21, 2024. I won 500 which I also paid out.

I should verify my account. After I sent all the documents, my account was deactivated. When I asked why in the chat, I was told that it was also for security reasons and that I didn't have to be afraid. I have to answer 2 questions and then my account will be activated again. I did this.

I was assured in the chat that my account had been fully verified. I therefore applied for the 500 euros to be paid out.

The withdrawal was canceled and my deposit was credited back. When I asked why by email, I only got a nasty answer that if I made another withdrawal request, my account would be blocked. I ask for help.
