Delayed withdrawal again

Hello this is my second complaint about stakewin, they are delaying withdrawal for no reason again I put my request in 12/12 today is 16/12 and it’s still not processed, I have been telling for 2 days that my withdrawal is already reviewed and it should be processed very soon! But nothing has changed. I hope that you can help me again since I’m sure they are doing that in hope that I will lose my money.

I have reached my bank and they did not find this transaction also while this complaint is going Stakewin did not find a better way but to close my account on their site and did not refund my whole balance, not the first time they are lying so I’m not surprised I did not receive this withdrawal, if I will not receive it in next few days I will take further legal actions
