Please note that our Financial Department operates from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+3) and processes all requests in the exact order they are received.

In your case, there were three withdrawal requests in our system that had to be handled in sequence. As soon as our team reached your third request for 250 CAD, and following the weekend days which fell outside our standard business hours, your payout was successfully processed today. You should have already received a confirmation email regarding this transaction.

We can confidently confirm that you currently have no pending withdrawals left in your account, as everything has been fully paid out and notified via email.
