I recently deposited 200GBP and received a first deposit bonus. After playing blackjack and some slot games I had reached a toltal balance of 2450. I completed the wagering requirements and attempted to make a withdrawal. I sent in all requested ID and other documentation. Even going as far to take a photo of myself holding my ID when that was requested later during the processing of my withdrawal. However after I had sent everything in I was notified via email that my withdrawal had been cancelled and my winnings confiscated. My original deposit has been returned and after complaining to them via email I have been told under no uncertain terms that the winnings will not be returned!!
