I requested a withdrawal on Monday.
Withdrawals are supposed to be processed within three business days but mine has not been processed yet. Today is Friday, meaning that if it is not processed today then the earliest it will be processed is Monday, a whole week after I had requested the withdrawal.
I have communicated with the casino and stressed that this would be an abominable inconvenience for me but all they have said is that there is a delay. They have not given me a timeline for resolution, which is very distressing for me.
I'd appreciate it if the withdrawal were processed now or if they could at least give me a possible timeline for when it will be processed. I don't think it's fair for them to just tell me to wait without giving me an idea of how long further I must wait, given the fact that I have already waited since Monday.
Attached are screenshots of one of the chats that I had. The money in dispute is €102. As for verification, the verification page says that there is no need for me to be verified. I have attached a screenshot of that page as well.
