I deposited 200.00 (CAD) and declined the bonus. In the end, I won 2000.00.
I did 3 separate withdrawals because they have limits.
It’s been 9 days and each day I keep getting the runaround as to why I haven’t received it. They said there was an issue with my bank (I requested an e-transfer)
I contacted my bank and Interac and they confirmed no e-transfer was attempted using my email address.
I let them know this was the feedback and they completely ignored it.
Each day I'm asking for an update and each day I’m asked for patience.
As much as I understand patience there is no way they are having issues with all payouts. I’m at the point where I feel like they just aren’t going to pay me.
