Delayed payout 5 days later

Been waiting 5 days now i won 1000 pound and have submitted my proof which has been verified I've emailed them about 20 times called and been on chat they say next 24 hr this was 72 hr ago still no joy there site states 2 to 3 days hopefully you can help because I'm not getting anywhere its a shame it could of been a good site good games friendly chat but when you need help it doesn't seem to be there
