Will not close account after countless requests

I have asked via chat and email on numerous occasions to have the account associated with my email address closed indefinitely < removed >@gmail.com but they have not done it. They keep messing me around taking days to answer emails and when they do it’s to reply or write to a different email address. I am beyond frustrated with them. I just want the account closed.

Closed account after deposit was not credited

They closed my account after deposit wasn't credited. I ask support about the issue on the side using chat function they said it will be handled, but next day my account was closed. I send them already 3 emails, but I got no response. Don't know why that decide to close my account. I played there about two months, all looked fine and now I don't have money and account as well
