Canceled withdrawal of 200e

Good Morning, The casino closed my account for 16 days. It's their decision. Their website, their right. I just want to withdraw my money. For 16 days now, they haven't been able to tell me when they'll pay me the funds. It's 200 euros. They didn't ask for any documents and don't want anything from me. They keep delaying their response. I've attached a screenshot of the conversation I had with them. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
