I made a deposit at spin247 on October 13th, 21st with SOFORT Überweisung KLARNA. I then won € / € 1,100.03 until October 15th, 21st. I wanted to have the profit transferred to me by bank transfer on October 15th, 21st. Spin247 has canceled my withdrawal requests several times without giving any reason.
I have identified myself with spin247 several times. From 09/13/21 to 10/10/21, I often uploaded my ID and other documents. I have also completely verified myself at www.hooyu.com

Spin247 even asked me to do this (at hooyu) via SMS.
www.hooyu.com confirmed the complete verification to me on 09/15/21 by email. Spin247 even confirmed that I had uploaded my identity card by SMS on 09/13/21.
Then spin247 claimed that I had allegedly not even identified myself until 10/10/2021. Spin247 then requested all of my data and documents every day by email.
In the meantime spin247 has received my identity card approx. 6-7 times
- my bank card
- 60 times my bank details
- 3 selfis
- and countless times my spin247 nick name, my real name and my email address
Again and again, until October 14th, 21 spin247 requested my data again. The support team promised again and again that when I upload my data and have finally identified myself, I will get the profit paid out to my bank account within 1-2 days.
How often does the support need my data until I have identified myself? 50 x my identity card? Spin247 repeatedly promised to transfer my winnings after my identification!
But I've identified myself so often and kept giving my details, taking selfies and uploading documents, but I didn't get my winnings transferred to my bank account!
Spin247 apologized several times that my messages were not processed and my winnings cannot be paid out. And then the spin247 support always claims that there is a 24-hour live chat in the casino that I can write to and where I can get help. But that's not true. In Germany we don't have a live chat at spin247. We can only contact the support via the contact form in the spin247 account, or by email: [email protected]
Spin247 repeatedly stated that the "Covid19" virus was responsible for this. Then the bank transfer was to blame. Then it was my bank's fault.
At some point spin247 confirmed my win of € 1100.03 EUR / € in an email and congratulated me on my win. Then, however, other spin247 support staff asked me to first identify me and provide my data and upload documents.
What's going on at spin247?
Several spin247 support employees are working on my profile and my case. But each employee writes something different and explains and claims something different. Incredible! Since 04.10.21 my payment requests are only on "processed", but nothing else happens. No profit will be transferred to my account.
ABOUT the payouts:
I made 12 withdrawal requests on October 4th, 21st, but they were not transferred to my bank account.

Then suddenly I got a message that my winnings had been transferred to spin247 on 10/11/21 with the bank transfer. Spin247 wrote that the profit will be in my bank account in about 1-2 days. To date (15.10.21) I have not received any profit on my bank account. I asked at my bank, but there are no cash receipts. Then the spin247 support wrote suddenly, on October 15th, 21st at 1:39 p.m., Germany time, that spin247 has problems with their bank and no money can be transferred. Unusual!
On 10/11/21 spin247 claimed that they transferred my winnings on 10/11/21 and on 10/15/21 it suddenly said that there is no transfer yet, because of the bank transfer problems at spin247?! It is no longer normal what happens at spin247. Spin247 does not want to pay out my winnings and tries to prevent a payout with excuses.
In the meantime, the "Covid19" virus is to blame and then my bank is again to blame for the fact that it does not work with processing my winnings and now the spin247 bank is again to blame! Spin247 keeps writing that I could have the winnings paid out in bitcoins. 1 x 200 and 1 x 100.03 payout amounts! BUT I don't have bitcoin. I don't have an e-wallet. I've never used Bitcoin before and don't know about it and don't want to use it now. Spin247, however, wants me to use bitcoins and persuade myself to do so, even if I don't want to. Either Bitcoin or no winnings paid out, probably means spin247! Attempted fraud in my opinion! It looks like I will NEVER get my profit of 1100.03 € / Euro!

I have already complained several times to the licensor, the Curacao Gaming Commission and also to the MGA! But have not yet received any real support or feedback!
At spin247 there is the "Slot Factory" slot machines. I played with these slot machines and won. I then wrote to the game provider "Slot factory" but received no answer here either. I turned to the website "Casino.Guru" for help, but these staff members cannot help me either.
What spin247 does to me and to my winnings is, in my opinion, fraud. They don't want to pay out my winnings and even keep them. They do not respond to my demands, and on my advice that I will complain to the licensee, the MGA, the Cyprus authorities etc. and will also initiate further legal steps. Spin247 does not react to this! They don't care! They must be laughing about it!
