Verification takes ages
Hi,
I was playing at Speedy Casino, I was already verified but suddenly when I was playing online Blackjack i disconnected. ( I put money in and didn't decide to stand/ play a card/ double down. So big chance I lost money that round because I couldn't pick my choice)
When I tried to log in it said I was blocked. Contacted the support and they told me I need to sent my payslip and bankstatement. Right after that I sent my payslip and bankstatement to them. I received a email back:

So i was waiting the 48 hours to get my documents verified. After the 48 hours I was still blocked and the communication from Speedy Casino is awfull. I contacted the live chat, and they told me "Sorry they will checked the soonest".

As you can see, the amount of service is pretty bad. I need to contact Speedy Casino over and over again. Hearing exact the same answers all the time: "they will check the soonest". We are now almost 5 days further and still 0 communication.
I want to know what's going on and I want to get my (its a lot) money from my account and never play with this casino ever again. They told me that there isn't a wait time before the documents will be verified. But im not waiting 2 weeks because they saying it was only 48hours to check them.
