Declined withdrawal stupid reason


Opened the account in September and have been playing using my debit card since September. No issues until I wanted to complete a withdrawal now. They have now asked my for id, address verification and a copy of my debit card. I’m slightly annoyed and questioning their ethics as I have had the account open since September so I don’t see why they needed to wait until the withdrawal to ask, anyway. I have sent my id and a bank statement for Proof of address but I don’t have a physical debit card for that account. I have come up against this before with casinos and they have got around it by me producing a bank statement showing the transactions and that the account is in my name. This site have refused and said that I cannot have my withdrawal until I give them a photo of my debit card! I tried to explain and point out that the bank statement shows the transactions and the last 4 digits of my card number but they are not accepting it and basically, there is nothing more I can do! I have tried contacting the bank to get a replacement but the card number has changed so it would be no use. Please help, it’s £1200. Surely they can cross-check my bank statement to their transaction log and see the payment came from a method in my name
