I made a deposit of 500 euro on Friday June 14th via Credit Card. Money was gone from my card immediately but did never appear at my casino account. Since then they are telling me to wait (it is 24 days now).
The payment provider is not doing anything and the support just says, that they will contact me via Email when it is solved.
Deposit shows as declined on their website, but clearly went from my card 24 days ago.

My Bank made a charge-back from the payment provider, so i have my money back. The casino took action for the first time, when i made this complaint. disappointing but happy to have my 500 back
