Since 7 days i try to make a withdraw. I'm completely verified. They recalled my withdraw several times with no reason. When i contact the Support there, i get this standard-message:
The withdrawals are processed by our finance team manually. Although we are trying our best to check all the withdrawals as soon as possible, sometimes, we need some more time. We process all the withdrawals in the queue order. Kindly, wait a little bit. Thank you!
