I am hoping you can help me escalate a withdrawal that has been pending for 5 days. My account is fully verified & I have had previous withdrawals on this website. I have even had a withdrawal processed from the same win, so there should be no problems with my account. The first withdrawals were processed within 24-48 hours, which I find is typical for NV DAMA casinos. I am also within the weekly withdrawal limit. I have tried to reach out to the casino to escalate, however they only tell me they will process withdraws in queue and cannot provide any further details on an ETA or a reason for the delay.
