I am raising a complaint because the support of Slots Casino Gallery can’t give proper reason for delay in my withdraw except: « it will be done soon » (I attached some printscreen of the conversation)
My account is fully verified (printscreen attached). I made 2 withdrawals of 4000$ and 1000$ 26 hours ago. As per the support the withdrawals take MAX 24 hours. When I asked for updates after the passed 24hours they were not able to give explanation about the delay and no proper update regarding when I will get my funds.
I hope that with your help, I will be able to get proper updates.
Also, maybe you should change the description in the casino mentioning that withdrawals for ewallet are done within an hour.
