Casino refuses to pay winnings

I deposited 500€ and got a welcome bonus of 1000€ on 6.1.2025.

I wagered the amount and was left with 5200€ in my balance.

I played multiple different pragmatic play games and used 5€ bet size. Then I verified my account so I can withdraw my money.

Today I received an email from the casino.

Email said "Upon reviewing your account, we have noticed that you have breached our terms and conditions - https:­//w­ww.s­lo­tit.co­m/terms https:­//w­ww.s­lo­tit.co­m/b­onu­s-terms ,

Therefore, your winnings of 5,200.35 EUR were voided."

I asked what terms I breach but they refused to tell me.

I didn't breach any terms, but they are trying to steal my money.
