Completely ignore my emails, account restricted as soon as I withdrew

I was enjoying using slot strike that’s owned by grace media but problems started when I went to withdraw They completely ignore my emails account restricted as soon as I withdrew I have sent documents over 5 times my documents are all correct.

Valid UK passport fully clearly visible. Full UK driver license with current address. Bank statements pictures and pdf. Front and back of my bank card used to deposit it’s fully signed and in my name and valid.

I need this matter resolved.

They don’t have live chat they don’t have a phone number. Just 2 email address sending generic responses.

I have send many emails they just completely ignore you I sent an email to another support email they said they will forward my documents which they never did and I asked for a complaints email and they gave me an email address that doesn’t work

If you look at the chat it’s clear that they are playing game or just not even bothering to ready emails because I started every email with my details for them to find my account but still asking for the same basic information just going round and round and I really don’t get why I have used so many companies and never had these problems

Standard process I have experience with other companies as they ask you for documents if the document saying good enough they guide you with work through what documents they need or they call you and you go over on the phone and have a chat about your level spending set a limit on your account and everything goes well with this company it’s not the case I don’t know if it’s the fact that they have 107 other casino names that run under 1 company grace media who Deal with it all as one instead of individually so gross media is getting emails from 107 different entities all into one place how do you keep track maybe this is where there problem lies
