I have been playing here for over a year and made thousands in deposits and withdrawals.

I have a fully verified account. I am trying to withdraw €500. They keep declining saying my account is not verified.

Provided screenshot will show it is verified.

Emails stating withdrawal is being cancelled gives no details on exactly what they need from me. Chat have contradicting answers, 1. It's a glitch I am verified and to request withdrawal again. Which I do, but it's declined again with no explanation. 2. My account is not verified and that I've not uploaded docs (which I have).

I'm at my wits end here and need assistance. I have requested the casino close my account once withdrawal is processed as I've lost all confidence in their casino.
