Payment has been delayed 3 months
I deposited at this casino October 2nd 2025, I then submitted a withdrawal the same day, used a no rules bonus with a $2000 max cashout followed all T&C’s and also had already been KYC verified. I then get an email saying my gameplay was with the compliance department and was under review and they will have to wait to hear back from the game provider (Ta Da games) I got told this for weeks straight. Which I’ve never had to deal with a casino waiting on the provider. I then contacted said Provider and they told me that it’s an issue on Slotbunny’s end that they need to resolve. I contacted Slotbunny via chat to tell them and I can only speak to a customer service agent nobody higher, they said they noted it. I then contact slot bunny again via chat a week or so later and they continue to tell me the same thing. It’s been almost 3 months now, they do not reply to my emails, vip agent doesn’t reply and manager doesn’t reply to emails. Customer service via chat is the only communication I can get and they can’t tell me anything other than it’s with the compliance dept and they are waiting for the provider to confirm the gameplay. Very unsatisfied and at this point I believe I am just not being paid out. My username is Richardstay3 on there, I also submitted a complaint on CasinoGuru and they never responded to that complaint either. On Trust Pilot they have numerous complaints of being told this same thing. I have the screenshots to prove. Thanks
