They delaying withdrawal

Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against Slapkong casino. No bonus taken.
Disputed amount - current withdrawal: $1000 CAD + another $4644 CAD in remaining account balance.
In the private attachments, I'm sending you screenshots of my account being already verified there, my balance, the details of the pending withdrawal and all the emails exchanged with the support so far.

They have been delaying my withdrawal for the past few days (withdrawal requested on 14th January) claiming technical difficulties, but their deposits seem to work just fine based on the amount the deposits offers they send in my notifications every other day. Based on my research of their review on other websites, such as Tr*stpilot, other people seem to experience the same issues as I do for, but in their cases, their withdrawal are delayed for even longer period of time than mine.

According to the their T&C: "14.5 Processing Times - Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, but may take longer if additional verification is required." - but my account has already been verified and no other documents were requested. Their T&C don't mention anything about processing times being possibly longer due to technical issues or anything related to this topic.

Hello, may I ask why the timeframe for Slapkong casino to respond got extended by 96 hours again today despite the fact there was no reply from them (at least not public one I can see here) in the past few days? I'm sorry if I'm missing something, I'm just a bit confused. Thanks.
