I would like to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal.
I requested a withdrawal of €300 after playing with real money only (no bonus). My account is fully verified.
My first withdrawal request was declined without any specific or valid explanation and the funds were returned to my account. I was later informed by support that there were no issues or flags on my account.
I then submitted a new withdrawal request, which is currently still under review. Despite multiple attempts to get a clear answer, I have only received generic responses about “standard procedures” and “security checks,” without any specific reason or timeframe.
