Complaint:

I submitted a withdrawal request of 109 USDT (BSC) on February 24, 2026 (Transaction ID: DP4592280). The casino states that withdrawals are processed within 2–4 days.

On live chat, I was informed that my withdrawal would be processed on Monday (March 2).

As of now, the withdrawal has not yet been completed.

My account is fully KYC verified, with no active bonuses.

In addition, I referred over 180 real users to Sharkroll under the original referral program terms. Recently, I was informed that:

Only deposits from KYC-verified users will generate referral rewards.

Previously earned commissions are not recognized under the new rules.

This effectively cancels rewards I had earned, despite following the original program terms and investing significant time and effort promoting the platform.

I am requesting:

- Immediate processing of my pending withdrawal.

- Clarification and resolution regarding commissions generated under the previous referral program terms.
