Refusing to refund my €200 deposit
Hi
I deposit 200 euros, to play 24 Bettle, but site did not worked and I can place any bet.
I try to connect live chat but it was not working either.
I wrote email to support, they returned as the site is in an upgrade process so not available at the moment.
Therefore I request to refund the deposit that I made, than support ask some documents, than I provide following documents.
- (IDCardFront.jpg, IDCardBack.jpg and IDCardHolding.JPG) - My Swedish Id card
- ProofOfAddress.pdf - Proof of Address that I print out from tax agency
- BankAccount.pdf - Bank account information that I want to use for refund
- BankAddressVerification.pdf - A document sent to my address from my bank, my address is placed top left
- (BankCard.jpg and BankCardVerification.pdf) - The card that I made the deposit with. and also proof of bank for the card
It took almost one month to get a response from support, than I got the following message in the email.
"Your account with us has been closed because our legal department has detected some serious inconsistencies between the provided documents and account information and it cannot be overlook."
This is really annoying and not acceptable. My only request the money back that I send to site to play.
