Missing deposit from Scream Casino

I submitted a bank transfer which left my bank on the 12th of June. Scream casino are claiming they never got the money and are not giving me satisfactory answers. I have tried there customer support numerous times and i just keep getting fobbed off with responses. I rang my bank earlier and they confirmed the money went to them through SEPA so they have the money. I have sent numerous chasers on emails giving them a chance to give proper details as to where the deposit is to no avail Are you able to assist with me getting a refund.

Sorry for the late response, we had issues logging into our account here - thank you for your patience.

You will be pleased to know the issue has been resolved. We were informed by the payment provider your deposit was stuck on the payment provider's end but it is now credited to your casino account. This was out of our control and if could have solved it much sooner, we would have. I hope you understand.

Again, we are deeply sorry for the delay and I hope you will continue to play with our casino.
