Winnings not paid since July

Since July, I have not been able to withdraw my winnings: First, it was Skrill which they said could not help me to withdraw and they suggested Wire Transfer. I tried this and they said I should try Bitcoin. The latter, up to now has not delivered anything. I feel therefore shortchanged even after being asked to deposit as a way of verifying my account. Please may you assist? I just want to have my R1000 winnings withdrawn within the shortest possible time. This is now October and my first withdrawal attempt was in July 2021. Thank you
