I have been trying to withdrawal my winnings of $1700 NZD for a few days now. My account is fully verified - I am met with a “verify your phone number” screen every-time I try to process my withdrawal. No matter how many times i request the code nothing ever gets generated or sent to my cellphone number. I have reached out to chat and have just been told to clear my cache ect general troubleshooting issues but i am convinced this more so them not generating the code to block my withdrawal. I started using this website due to the reviews here and hope they can fix this flaw in the system

Are you actually joking right now? I’ve been asking you for a week and this whole time your staff has been saying “we are looking into it” “Safe Casino” Is an absolute joke. Nothing safe about it. You are using your system of denying verification codes to withhold withdrawals. I am beyond disappointed with your service.
