Unpaid withdrawal for over 5 days

I requested a 151.50 € withdrawal from RX Casino on August 9, 2026. My account is fully verified. The withdrawal has been stuck in "Hold" status for over 5 days, well past their 72-hour window. Although I made deposits for bonuses (which were cancelled automatically on their own), the winnings I am withdrawing were generated entirely with my own real cash, completely independent of any bonus. Live support gave evasive answers and closed the chat. I have video proof and screenshots. Please help me recover my funds.
