Hi. Last Friday, I made a deposit to play and take the Friday's free spins without wagering requirements, the bonus was awarded manually by support but for some reason (probably maliciously) they added wagering requirements to it and I didn't notice it until I tried to withdraw, I know which support agent did this (will add the chat on attachments), causing my REAL/CLEAN/RAW balance to be voided as bonus balance, making it impossible to withdraw. For reference, my balance was 182 USD before using the free spins, won 18 USD on the free spins and my entire balance was turned into bonus balance, please have in mind this bonus has no wagering requirements as openly and clearly announced on the promotions tab of this casino. I believe my balance was manipulated as it was completely turned into bonus balance because the numbers don't make any sense.

The casino first lied saying this was a technical error, but after observing it I found out it was an human "error" by the support agent who added the bonus to my account, then the casino lied saying this issue would take up to 72 hours to be solved by the relevant department, and of course, it has not been the case. I have been asking constantly if there is any progress and they only ignore me giving always the same answer, which implies there is nothing being done to solve it, they are just waiting for the fake bonus to expire so my balance gets voided. Live support also goes unresponsive from time to time, either not replying at all or leaving until I get disconnected. Since they are not doing anything to sort the situation out, I have proposed many reasonable solutions to the situation but I always get ignored.
