Unreasonable delays in verifying account and processing withdrawal

After over a decade online gambling with no need to raise a formal complaint, unfortunately I now feel compelled.

  • 17 December 2021: Royal Slots ask for enhanced verification documents (proof of address, card photos) which I supply on the same day in order to process withdrawal.
  • 10 Jan 2021: review delayed
  • 25 Jan 2021: review delayed, 8th Feb defined as date by which update will be provided
  • 08 Feb 2021: No response

This is taking an inordinate amount of time; particularly given that my KYC documents have been accepted/approved.

I have a pending withdrawal of £3500.
