Wrongfully confiscated funds

hi i made a deposit of €21 as i received a text message offering me 100% match bonus, i got €21 bonus money my balance was €1500 after wagering, i am well aware of some casinos T&Cs but in this case no where stated that my bonus was 10X conversion as you can tell by the chat transcript i have attached they had no idea what they were talking about and then when i emailed them they made up that my bonus was 10X conversion but no where in there T&Cs does it state that and they couldnt even show me

i have accounts and play on multiple of their sister sites with the same match bonuses and have never experienced this

the only response they are giving me is sorry for the confusion…
the confusion that cost me €1300
