Roll Casino Wagering Glitch did not count valid bets then tried saying some bets did not count not in terms

Resubmitting as Askgamblers incorrectly rejected this.
To be clear, there is no 'investigation going on' The site has made clear as of this morning wagering was completed and bets that were not listed in their ts and c's as excluded have been excluded and are refusing to acknowledge the terms. Despite having two agents telling me that the bets counted. They know nothing of a review going on. This was previously clearly just copy and paste responses from chat agents.
I signed up to Roll Casino through your affiliate service and am asking for your assistance in resolving an ongoing dispute with the casino.
My records show that I completed the €1,657.92 wagering requirement when my Udinese v AC Milan bet won on 25 October. The three winning bets placed afterwards should have been treated as cash bets:
Sevilla v Osasuna — bet ID 5577912412: €250 stake, €462.50 return.
Sassuolo v Lazio — bet ID 5581030621: €200 stake, €416.68 return.
Torino v Como — bet ID 5582003091: €225 stake, €388.64 return.
My calculated balance is €1,573.71. Roll Casino has applied a €1,000 bonus winnings cap and is withholding the remaining €573.71, while also claiming that the totals markets I bet on were excluded. Two Roll Casino agents, Zach and Maria, told me those markets were not excluded, and I have not found an exclusion in the terms.
I have been trying to resolve this with Roll Casino for six days. Please help escalate the matter with them and support a prompt correction of my balance. All emails ignored.
