Monto de la apuesta en disputa: 51.460 CLP,

sustento del caso:

El monto en disputa corresponde a las ganancias legítimas de mi apuesta combinada. El motivo del reclamo se debe a una resolución incorrecta por parte de la casa de apuestas Rojabet respecto al mercado de "Total de tarjetas: Menos de 6.5" en el partido adjunto.

Durante el tiempo reglamentario de juego en el terreno de juego, se registraron exactamente 6 tarjetas. Al minuto 95, ya en el tiempo de adición, el árbitro mostró una séptima (7ª) tarjeta, pero esta fue dirigida a un jugador que se encontraba en la banca de suplentes.

De acuerdo con las políticas oficiales de Rojabet (las cuales se alinean con los estándares de la industria), las tarjetas mostradas a jugadores en la banca o al cuerpo técnico NO son válidas ni contabilizan para el mercado total de tarjetas del partido.Por lo tanto, el conteo oficial válido para esta apuesta se mantiene estrictamente en 6 tarjetas, cumpliendo con la condición seleccionada de "Menos de 6.5". Basis for the claim:

The disputed amount corresponds to the legitimate winnings of my accumulator bet. The reason for the claim is due to an incorrect ruling by the bookmaker Rojabet regarding the "Total Cards: Under 6.5" market in the attached match.

During regulation time, exactly 6 cards were shown on the field. In the 95th minute, during stoppage time, the referee showed a seventh (7th) card, but this was shown to a player who was on the substitutes' bench.

According to Rojabet's official policies (which align with industry standards), cards shown to players on the bench or to coaching staff are NOT valid and do not count towards the total cards for the match. Therefore, the official count valid for this bet remains strictly at 6 cards, fulfilling the selected condition of "Under 6.5". Please refer to 3 sports pages where it states that 6 yellow cards were shown to the players.

I request that the AskGamblers team intervene with the operator so that their own terms and conditions are applied and my legitimate winnings are paid out. I have attached the bet slip as proof.
