Account closed when requested withdraw without any explanation

Hi I registered at this new casino as it was on the top new casino list on Askgamblers. After 2 days I made some lucky punches and won around 2700EUR, which I wanted to withdraw.

In the beginning everything seems normal. The T&C of the casione stated, that the verification of the documents would take 1 hour. After almost 2 days, contacted the live support and asked what takes so long to verifiy my documents.

Now I started being strange. The guy in the live chat wrote, that he see my account is now verified and I can withdraw the money. I said thanks, returned to main page and saw that i was logged out. I tried to login again, but to my surprise my account was deactivated. The live chat told me, this is a normal procedure and I should nit be worried.

Now 1 week later my account is still closed, I get no explanation at all what could be the matter. I only get email answers like "This issue is forwarded to another department and we will contact you".

I play now for many years and never saw anything like that. I cant do anything to get on my money, this is the reason I try to get help from here. There was no bonus money involved, no violation of the T&C, I do that stuff for a long time now and know what are the rules.
