Please help. I can't withdraw money from the casino.

It's been over a week. My account is fully verified. Every day they send me an email saying they recommend splitting the balance and requesting a smaller amount.

In this casino is possible withdraw Max 2000usd (my request is only 1286).

Or that they have a problem with the withdrawal. Let me cancel the withdrawal and resubmit. So I must wait more and more time.
They lie about withdrawal time. Within 24h.
Online chat doesnt work for me.
Via mail - no answer

They are trying to delay the withdrawal.
