Today I was happy playing at Wild Vegas. I played a $100n free bonus code and even before I started winning, I made a real cash deposit . I did this as a good faith gesture. I wanted to play and enjoy it. I didn't plan on being deceived! On my end the deposit showed it went through and that $29. something was added to my account. However when I left the cashier, my deposit was not reflected in my account balance. Immediately, I went to Live Help. They told me it didn't go through. I thought this was odds but ok. My girlfriend went to put more money on the prepaid card, which is the only card I use for online transactions. wHILE i WAS PLAYING AND WAITING for my card to come back so I could deposit ,, I get lucky and win about $2800, Keep playing and during my free spins round, I notice tHAT my balance has dropped to $90! I stopped and went to live help. I was told my balance was reduced because I didnt deposit real money quick enough! What?
I was then told that I abused the bonuses. This was my first time at wild vegas, in fact, I only started online gambling a week ago! I have never had any accounts , I wasnt out to cheatr and I am broken heartede, please help

Hi toddlane,

You were by no means ‘robbed by Wild Vegas.’ You simply did not read the terms and conditions on the bonus you were using. Those terms are as follows:

Slots and Keno Only.
30X Playthrough
$100 Max Cash-Out

As you can see, there is a $100 Max Cash-Out on that particular bonus. Any overage above that $100 will be removed from your account, which is exactly what happened.

I do understand your disappointment, however, the terms are very clear on this.
