Hi Team,
I placed a withdrawal request on the 19th Of July , till date this is not being approved.I have sent numerous emails but the only explanation i keep getting is this is pending with the relevant department. Rizk casino used to be very prompt with approving withdrawals, I am not sure whats wrong. Can someone please get back to me asap?
