After trying everything I can with the casino to get my money, Im here to ask for your help
after closing my account Rizk casino promised to send my deposits back and confiscate my winnings ( was unfair but thats not the issue )
since April 8th they told me that they sent the funds ( 2100 Canadian dollars ) to my account and today is the 21st and the Money didnt show up yet.
They keep telling me they are invistagitng and no clear Answers. they asked for all kind of documents that I sent and then asked for 4 bank statements over and over updated, and after sending everything now I get no reposnce by emails and their live support is not working. Im really worried they are trying to screw me out of my money and I need your help

Quick Update, Rizk Casino has updated me but still haven't received the money as of April 25th
Please keep the thread open until I get the money due to the fact the update is just explaining what happened but there is no further action to get the money to me in a reasonable time.

Hi AskGamblers,

We have been in contact with the user over email last couple of days and hope that this matter has been resolved. Initial payment was rejected by the users bank since they did not accept payments in CAD. But we arranged a payment to the customers Skrill account on the 27th April and have provided the user with the proof of payment.

Hello All,

I would like to thank Rizk and Askgamblers.com team for the prompt response, the issue has been resolved and i received my money (- my wining) that was taken unfairly .. but I have received my deposit back after 25 days.
