Dear Askgamblers, I will begin by acknowledging my last complaint was rejected. However this was nearly a month ago and there has been no movement whatsoever with my case. I consider my route with the casino exhausted as I sent an official complaint and did not hear back, so I ask you to let this be resolved on here.

I have been struggling to get paid by Rizk since the end of June. The issue seems to be with source of funds.

I deposited only £50, certainly not some massive amount beyond my means, and won £2525. Since then I have been going back and forth via email and just going round in circles. I was asked for ID, then a selfie holding ID, then a selfie holding ID with date written on a piece of paper. I feel like I am being made to jump through hoops.

I have sent in the documentation to prove this was funded with my pension as I am retired, I have also sent in bank statements as proof of everything, and filled out their questionnaire. They seem to just ignore this and only send generic responses back. I have attached a screenshot of their latest reply and also what I have sent.

Hi Askgablers,

We have been in contact with DON1945 in the last couple of days and believe that we been able to resolve the matter. As per the email sent to player on the 15th the withdrawal has been approved and is expected to reach the bank account of the user within the next 2-4 banking days.
