Rizk Casino - Blocked account after deposit

I recently joined rizk and played and withdrew money with no issues. Lost money earlier today and tried to deposit £200 and it put my money into the account but asked for me to complete the verification process. I have no problem doing this but they wanted a picture of a paper bank statement which I do not receive and when I went online to try retrieve it by the time I got back to the account they have blocked the account and now my emails won't sent to them. I sent passport, proof of address and card details and then they blocked me and now I have no way to contact them. Can anyone advise me on the best way to get my money back

We have looked into this case and 5 days ago you requested your account to be closed as you were not happy with the standard verification process required by our license provider, the UK Gambling Commission. Your account was fully verified and your whole Rizk account balance was fully paid out the same day on November 22nd. The money you should receive at the latest tomorrow, if you have not received it already.
