I cant believe that this casino is allowing me to dispute a legitimate claim for the sake of 5 dollars. Yes, this dispute entails a discrepancy of 5 dollars but it is that very reason that this complaint is warranted. Deposited couple hundred throughout the day after being away from this site for some months now, over 400 at least. Right before the last deposits of 50 I activated a cashback chip I received on an earlier deposit. 10 percent for an hour. So I activate it and deposit 50 bucks 2 minutes after and start playing the playing the slots. Once I clean out the account I notice that I have 2 windows open and the countdown for the cashback is not activated. Let me be clear I activated it at 12:28 deposited at 12:30 and finished the last round of my spins at 12:55. My screenshots are provided below.

I contact support and without substantiating anything claim that their history shows I didnt activate the chip until after my last spin. My rewards history and deposit history is either incorrect and I'm lying or they are deciding to act arbitrarily over 5 bucks. Wholly unprofessional and more than anything display a new level of sheistism (shai-sti-ism). More than the actual pecuniary loss what set this complain in motion is the need to showcase this operator's arbitrariness. So ill leave it to the players to decide whether this complaint has any merit to it and if it does then the smart ones will realise that gaming with this operator is a a Rizk because even with screenshots and evidentiary proof, I am lying and their system which reflect my activity, accurately, is failing. Anyhow I'm glad they pulled this because that 5 bucks was really useful.


5 dollars people. 5. Imagine what's possible in larger sums with this operator. What s shame. More than the 5 bucks I want an explanation for all this. I want the 5 bucks too but more than that I need an explanation of how they determined both I and the system is lying.

They added 6 dollars to my account after they were made aware of the complaint here on askgamblers. Although resolved, I believe there is real doubt as to the manner in which this complaint was dealt with, which is essentially why this complaint was published to begin with. It was never about 5 dollars. Personally, im not even interested in playing here any longer after that episode.
