Hello!

I have used this casino site for maybe 1 year now and it has worked perfect after i have verified and done everything i should, i was super happy about their fast withdraws that sometimes just took 1 day but most often 2.

Ny now i have lost a big amount of money on this site around 50000 euro last year it shows me, but now after months of not making a withdraw but just deposit al my money everytime i was smart and made 4 withdraws on the 3 of May 2 for 10000 nok 1 for 7000 and 1 for 5000, this al togheter is 32000 nok and around 3000 euro for then that know that better.

I was thinking this will come liek always before in a couple of days so i went on a holiday to Copenhagen with minimum money with my fiance, this was the biggest misstake ever because the money never came.

I work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of in a Cruise ship and my 2 day of i took this money out now i am back at work and have just the half time left until i finish work again after to weeks and my bank account tells me just that i have 20000 nok in bills but no money there just 23 nok.

I have talked to the rizk customer service 6 Times by now last time this morning and first 3 Times they told me to just wait then 4 time they told me it take 3 to 5 bank days and i was fine with that but the 5 time they told me because of technical issues with their 3th part payout company this may take up to 10 bank days.

Now its bank day 12 for Norway because its open monday to friday here, and I am furius because it takes just a couple of second for them to take my deposit and for me to loose my salary dont take to long either, but the one time i need them and i was smart after so many months of just doing deposits for around 3000 euro a month minimum this is what i get.
. It feels super frustrated to not be able to do anything and i am sick of talking to the chat moore Times with them or calling my bank or updating my mobilebank account that i have done 2-3 Times every hour since 3th of May...

Half of the people in their customer service was really nice and i belived they will help me but in the end im writing this now so If they would have helped me i guess i would have had my money by now.
