Missing 260 euro deposit
Hello askgamblers. I deposit 260 euro in this casino 4 august .
The money was taken from my bank account but never reach my casino account. The first days the status on the deposit was "pending" but now it is an error.
It's been 3 days since this complaint is up since i send them a screenshot of the transaction and 2 days since I got an email that they would contact the relevant department. But now, I still, haven't heard anything.
All I want is just an update about what went wrong and where my 260 euro, it's very frustrating.
